This session will outline the shift to a person-centred system, strengthened Quality Standards, and the new regulatory framework, helping providers, care workers, and stakeholders understand the implications for service delivery and compliance.
 
2. The Support at Home Program: Transforming In-Home Care

Dive into the details of the Support at Home (SAH) Program, which replaces the Home Care Packages Program. Attendees will learn about the eight funding levels, flexible service options, access to home modifications and assistive technology, and what this means for care recipients, families, and providers.
 
3. Transitioning from HCP, CHSP, and STRC to SAH
This session explores how care workers and providers can manage the transition from the Home Care Packages (HCP), Commonwealth Home Support Program (CHSP), and Short Term Restorative Care (STRC) programs to the new Support at Home framework, including operational, service delivery, and client engagement considerations.
